Turns out, it was. A quick note about the maintained lemon you don't always need to buy it particularly for this recipe if you don't think you'll utilize it in anything else (because just an extremely percentage is needed), BUT if you do take place to have some in the refrigerator, then I extremely recommend it as I believe it works remarkably with the feta.
